MY STORY
As a health and wellness consultant, Baylie is passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health through approachable daily modifications. With a degree in Naturopathic Medicine from CCNM, Baylie is a highly trained and knowledgeable coach who is dedicated to empowering clients to take control of their wellbeing.
Baylie's approach to health and wellness coaching is rooted in the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal itself when given the right tools and support. She works with clients to address the root causes of their health concerns, taking into account factors such as diet, lifestyle, and emotional wellbeing.
Through personalized coaching and tailored plans, Baylie helps clients achieve their health goals, whether that means managing their lifestyle and habits, improving digestion, achieving clear skin, boosting energy levels, or simply feeling more vibrant and alive.
In addition to her work as a health coach, Baylie is also a passionate about skin health and enjoys sharing her expertise as a skincare junkie herself. Her goal is to find safe and effective ways to address your concerns through research backed naturopathic approaches. She is committed to helping individuals take charge of their health and wellbeing in a safe, natural, and sustainable way.
